We try to make sure that the photos of our items accurately reflect the actual color of the item in person. Tag are personalized with the name of your choice! Names are Professionally Thermal Bonded for durability. Please leave the desired name personalization box.

Please keep the max length to 10-12 characters. The more characters in the name, the smaller the name will look on the bag. We recommend doing only the last name OR first name.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. If you need your item sooner you can upgrade to Priority Mail during the checkout process. (Once your order is placed, you can no longer change the shipped method).

IMPORTANT All orders are shipped through the US POSTAL SERVICE ONLY. Orders are not shipped through any other carriers (with the exception of large quantity orders). Please verify your shipping address with USPS or provide a PO Box to ensure you can get our item delivered.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We do ship to certain countries outside of the U.S. International shipping time varies. Some orders may be delivered in 15 business days while others can take up to a few weeks.
