PROCESSING & SHIPPING

What is your turn around time?

Orders are usually shipped out within 1-3 business days after the order date.

How long is the shipping wait?

USPS Ground Shipping is 3-5 business days (US Only).

Priority Mail Shipping is 1-3 business days (US Only).

What shipping carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped through the US Postal Service ONLY (bulk orders exempted). Please verify your address with USPS to ensure your order can be delivered to you.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship to certain countries outside of the U.S. Some orders may be delivered in 15 business days while others can take up to a few weeks.

Please note, when placing orders outside of the U.S. we only charge for the product and shipping cost. We are not responsible for any additional custom fees/tariffs that may be required by your local government. 

If placing a large quantity order, please contact us beforehand so we can better calculate shipping cost for you.

PERSONALIZATION

How are products personalized?

Names are not simply iron on. It is applied with heat, but also a special pressure machine that makes it extremely durable. In fact the silver on the center of the reflective stripe is manufactured in the same way. We use this process because it most similarly resembles actual fire suits. Many turnout manufacturers are using the same method to put all the reflective on the coats and pants.

How do I tell you what name I want on my order?

Type the desired name in the personalization box before adding the item to your cart.

Can you add my department's logo to an item?

Not at this time. Unfortunately, we are limited to what we can do when it comes to adding custom logos to our products.

Can I add a second line of personalization to an item?

Yes and no. If you wish to add a second line to an item you can add the "NAME ADD-ON" to your cart along with the item itself. (Some of our items already offer this option.) However, there are some items that simply do not have the space for two lines. Please contact us to check which items can have an additional BEFORE placing your order with the "NAME ADD-ON".

 

MATERIAL

Do you use recycled turnout gear?

No. We don’t use recycled/used turnout gear because of the carcinogens found in it. Even when washed it is not safe in residential homes. Because of this, we use new turnout gear material instead.

Do you use real turnout gear?

Only on some of our products such as the wallets, dog collars, dog leashes, toiletry bags, etc. For other products we use a light-weight 100% cotton ripstop material. All fabric used is brand new and not recycled turnout gear.

What fabric are your products made from?

Some of our products are made with actual turnout gear material. For example: wallets, dog collars, dog leashes, toiletry bags, etc.

Other products not made from actual turnout gear material are made from a light-weight 100% cotton ripstop material. For example: aprons, pillow cases, stockings, etc.

Please read product description when looking to see which material is used.

Concerning fabric colors:

We try to make sure that the photos of our items accurately reflect the actual color of the item in person. However, due to the differences in monitor and device settings (brightness, contrast, saturation, etc) there may be a slight difference in color between what is shown on the site and the final product.

BULK ORDERS

Can you do bulk orders?

Yes! Here at FIS we love working with fire departments to create personalized gifts for every hero at the station at a discounted price! We work hard to get these orders processed and shipped in time for Christmas parties, banquets, and more! Please contact us for more details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I didn't receive my email confirmation after placing my order.

Our system is set-up to automatically send all customers order and shipment confirmation emails. If you didn't receive these emails please make sure the email provided is correct. Often times the email will be found in your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, you can contact us.

How do I leave a product review?

Here at Fully Involved Stitching we work hard to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products and Five-Star reviews are very important to us!

I am not happy with my purchase. What can I do?
