  • High-Visibility Reflective Design: Your name and unit number are precisely cut from high-visibility silver reflective material, allowing the black leather of the tag to show through the lettering. The reflective layer is professionally thermally bonded to the leather, creating a clean, durable finish that provides excellent visibility in low-light conditions.
  • Secure Attachment: Each set includes industrial-strength, adhesive-backed hook and loop fasteners, providing a secure and convenient way to attach the tags to your helmet.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Bags are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. If you need your item sooner you can upgrade to Priority Mail during the checkout process. (Once your order is placed, you can no longer change the shipped method).IMPORTANT All orders are shipped through the US POSTAL SERVICE ONLY. Orders are not shipped through any other carriers (with the exception of large quantity orders). Please verify your shipping address with USPS or provide a PO Box to ensure you can get our item delivered.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We do ship to certain countries outside of the U.S. International shipping time varies. Some orders may be delivered in 15 business days while others can take up to a few weeks.

IMPORTANT When placing orders outside of the U.S. we only charge for the product and shipping cost. We are not responsible for any additional custom fees/tariffs that may be required by your local government.

Wash/Care
  • Remove the tag from your helmet before cleaning.
  • Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris.
  • For heavier soiling, use a small amount of mild soap diluted with water.
  • Do not soak, machine wash, or submerge the tag.
  • Do not use bleach, solvents, alcohol, or harsh chemicals.
  • Avoid excessive scrubbing, particularly over the reflective surface.
  • Allow the tag to air dry completely before reattaching it to your helmet.
  • Do not use a dryer, hair dryer, iron, or direct heat.
  • Keep the hook-and-loop fastener free of lint, dirt, and debris to maintain a secure attachment.
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Eligible Returns

  • Standard & Removable-Tag Items: New, unused items—including items personalized on a removable tag (such as most of our bags)—are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Non-Refundable / Directly Printed Items

  • Custom Printed Products: Personalized items that are printed directly onto the product (such as customized outfits) are created specifically for you and are not eligible for a full refund.
