Personalization

Personalize your blanket with the name of your choice! The name will be positioned on the front below the reflective for easy visibility. Names are Professionally Thermal Bonded for durability.

IMPORTANT Please double-check your spelling BEFORE placing your order. The maximum width for the name is 14 inches, and we recommend keeping the length to 10-12 characters for optimal appearance. Longer names may result in smaller text size. For best results, consider using either the last name or the first name.

U.S. Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Bags are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. If you need your item sooner you can upgrade to Priority Mail during the checkout process. (Once your order is placed, you can no longer change the shipped method).IMPORTANT All orders are shipped through the US POSTAL SERVICE ONLY. Orders are not shipped through any other carriers (with the exception of large quantity orders). Please verify your shipping address with USPS or provide a PO Box to ensure you can get our item delivered.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We do ship to certain countries outside of the U.S. International shipping time varies. Some orders may be delivered in 15 business days while others can take up to a few weeks.

IMPORTANT When placing orders outside of the U.S. we only charge for the product and shipping cost. We are not responsible for any additional custom fees/tariffs that may be required by your local government.

Wash/Care
  • Machine Washable: Wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
  • Tumble Dry: Tumble dry on low heat until completely dry.
  • Do Not Bleach: Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh chemicals to help preserve the fabric and reflective strip.
  • Reflective Care: Avoid high heat and harsh scrubbing to maintain the quality and visibility of the reflective material.
  • For Best Results: Do not iron or dry clean. Follow these care instructions to help maintain the blanket’s appearance, softness, and durability.
Returns/Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please review our policy below regarding standard, removable-tag personalized, and directly printed items.

Eligible Returns

  • Standard & Removable-Tag Items: New, unused items—including items personalized on a removable tag (such as most of our bags)—are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Non-Refundable / Directly Printed Items

  • Custom Printed Products: Personalized items that are printed directly onto the product (such as customized outfits) are created specifically for you and are not eligible for a full refund.

Shipping & Return Process
