Personalize your bag with the name of your choice! The name will be positioned on the side of the bag, to the left of the reflective. Our professional Thermal Bonding process ensures durability. Please ensure accurate spelling before finalizing your order.

IMPORTANT: Please double-check your spelling BEFORE placing your order. The maximum width for the name is 5½ inches, and we recommend keeping the length to 10-12 characters for optimal appearance. Longer names may result in smaller text size. For best results, consider using either the last name or the first name.

To maintain the appearance, structural integrity, and durability of your bag’s custom details and accents, follow these recommended cleaning steps.

Everyday Cleaning: Spot Clean First (Recommended)

For light dirt, dust, or minor spills, spot cleaning is always the best option to maximize the lifespan of the bag's decorative features.

1. Prepare a Solution: Mix a few drops of mild dish soap or gentle laundry detergent with lukewarm water.
2. Wipe Down: Dip a clean, soft cloth or microfiber rag into the soapy water, wring out any excess moisture, and gently wipe down the exterior and interior surfaces.
3. Focus on Stains: Carefully dab stained areas rather than scrubbing aggressively over any printed designs or delicate accents.
4. Rinse: Wipe the bag down a second time using a separate clean rag dampened with cold, plain water to remove any remaining soap residue.
5. Air Dry: Allow the bag to dry completely in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

Machine Washing: Delicate Cycle (Only When Necessary)

If your bag requires a full deep clean, you can machine wash it by taking extra precautions to protect special exterior details.

1. Preparation

• Empty All Pockets: Remove all personal items, loose debris, and removable baseboards or inserts.
• Zip & Secure: Close all zippers, snaps, and velcro fasteners completely to prevent them from snagging or pulling on any trims or accents during the cycle.
• Turn Inside Out: If possible, flip the bag inside out. If the bag is too rigid, place it inside a mesh laundry bag or a clean pillowcase to cushion it.

2. Wash Settings

• Cycle: Set your washing machine to the Delicate or Gentle cycle.
• Water Temperature: Use Cold water only. High heat can weaken adhesives and damage delicate decorations.
• Detergent: Use a mild, standard laundry detergent.

⚠️ Important Precautions:

• Do NOT use bleach or harsh chemical stain removers.
• Do NOT use fabric softeners, as they leave a film that can dull or compromise the finish on special features.

Drying Instructions

• Air Dry Only: Hang the bag upside down or lay it flat on a drying rack in a shaded, well-ventilated space.
• NO Tumble Drying: Never put the bag in a clothes dryer. High heat can shrink the material, peel adhesives, or permanently damage graphics and trims.
• NO Direct Heat or Sun: Keep away from radiators, heaters, and direct, harsh sunlight while drying.

Eligible Returns

• Standard & Removable-Tag Items: New, unused items—including items personalized on a removable tag (such as most of our bags)—are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.
• Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Non-Refundable / Directly Printed Items

• Custom Printed Products: Personalized items that are printed directly onto the product (such as customized outfits) are created specifically for you and are not eligible for a full refund.
