Personalization

Aprons are personalized with the name of your choice! The name is placed on the front above the reflective. Names are Professionally Thermal Bonded for durability.

IMPORTANT: Please DOUBLE CHECK your spelling BEFORE placing your order. 14 inches wide is the max space for the name. Please keep the max length to 10-12 characters. The more characters in the name, the smaller the name will look on the apron.

U.S. Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Bags are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. If you need your item sooner you can upgrade to Priority Mail during the checkout process. (Once your order is placed, you can no longer change the shipped method).IMPORTANT All orders are shipped through the US POSTAL SERVICE ONLY. Orders are not shipped through any other carriers (with the exception of large quantity orders). Please verify your shipping address with USPS or provide a PO Box to ensure you can get our item delivered.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We do ship to certain countries outside of the U.S. International shipping time varies. Some orders may be delivered in 15 business days while others can take up to a few weeks.

IMPORTANT When placing orders outside of the U.S. we only charge for the product and shipping cost. We are not responsible for any additional custom fees/tariffs that may be required by your local government.

Wash/Care

Machine Washable: Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.

Tumble Dry: Tumble dry on low heat until completely dry.

Protect the Reflective Material: Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, harsh chemicals, and abrasive scrubbing to help preserve the reflective stripe.

Avoid High Heat: Do not use high heat when washing or drying, as excessive heat may affect the reflective material.

For Best Results: Do not iron or dry clean. Following these care instructions will help maintain the apron’s durability, appearance, and reflective finish.

Returns/Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please review our policy below regarding standard, removable-tag personalized, and directly printed items.

Eligible Returns

  • Standard & Removable-Tag Items: New, unused items—including items personalized on a removable tag (such as most of our bags)—are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Non-Refundable / Directly Printed Items

  • Custom Printed Products: Personalized items that are printed directly onto the product (such as customized outfits) are created specifically for you and are not eligible for a full refund.

Shipping & Return Process

  1. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
