Radio straps can be personalized with your name, making your strap uniquely yours. Names are Professionally Thermal Bonded for durability. Please leave the desired name personalization box.
IMPORTANT: Please double-check your spelling BEFORE placing your order. 9.5 inches wide is the max space for the name. Please keep the max length to 10-12 characters. The more characters in the name, the smaller the name will look on the strap. We recommend using only the last name OR first name.

U.S. Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Bags are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. If you need your item sooner you can upgrade to Priority Mail during the checkout process. (Once your order is placed, you can no longer change the shipped method).IMPORTANT All orders are shipped through the US POSTAL SERVICE ONLY. Orders are not shipped through any other carriers (with the exception of large quantity orders). Please verify your shipping address with USPS or provide a PO Box to ensure you can get our item delivered.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We do ship to certain countries outside of the U.S. International shipping time varies. Some orders may be delivered in 15 business days while others can take up to a few weeks.

IMPORTANT When placing orders outside of the U.S. we only charge for the product and shipping cost. We are not responsible for any additional custom fees/tariffs that may be required by your local government.

Wash/Care

GENERAL CARE

  • Inspect your radio strap regularly for signs of wear, damaged stitching, or loose hardware.
  • Remove the personalized patch before cleaning.
  • Empty all pockets and remove your radio and accessories before cleaning.

CLEANING

  • Hand wash with mild soap and cool or lukewarm water.
  • Use a soft cloth or soft-bristled brush to gently remove dirt and debris.
  • Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  • Do not use bleach, fabric softener, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
  • Do not dry clean.

DRYING

  • Allow the strap to air dry completely before use.
  • Hang or lay flat in a well-ventilated area.
  • Do not use a dryer, iron, hair dryer, or direct heat.
  • Do not store while damp or wet.

REFLECTIVE MATERIAL

  • Gently clean reflective stripes with a soft cloth and mild soap.
  • Avoid aggressive scrubbing over reflective areas to help maintain visibility.

HARDWARE & ZIPPER

  • Wipe metal hardware dry after cleaning or exposure to moisture.
  • Keep the zipper free of dirt and debris and allow it to dry completely before storage.

IMPORTANT
For best performance, avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat, chemicals, and harsh cleaning products. Always ensure the strap is completely dry before use or storage.

Returns/Exchanges

Eligible Returns

  • Standard & Removable-Tag Items: New, unused items—including items personalized on a removable tag (such as most of our bags)—are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Non-Refundable / Directly Printed Items

  • Custom Printed Products: Personalized items that are printed directly onto the product (such as customized outfits) are created specifically for you and are not eligible for a full refund.
