Each tag can be personalized with your name for quick and easy identification of your belongings. Your name is professionally thermal bonded to one side of the tag, positioned to the right of the reflective stripe, creating a durable, long-lasting finish.

Please note: Double-check your spelling before ordering. The personalization space accommodates up to 5 inches wide, so we recommend keeping names to 10–12 characters maximum. Shorter names (first or last name only) will display more prominently on the tag. 

To maintain the appearance, structural integrity, and durability of your luggage tag, follow these recommended cleaning and care instructions.

Everyday Cleaning: Spot Clean First (Recommended)

For light dirt, dust, or minor spills, spot cleaning is always the best option to help maximize the lifespan of your luggage tag and its custom details.

Prepare a Solution: Mix a few drops of mild dish soap or gentle laundry detergent with lukewarm water.

Wipe Down: Dip a clean, soft cloth or microfiber rag into the soapy water, wring out any excess moisture, and gently wipe the surface of the luggage tag.

Focus on Stains: Carefully dab stained areas rather than scrubbing aggressively over printed designs, personalized details, or decorative accents.

Rinse: Wipe the tag with a separate clean cloth dampened with cold, plain water to remove any remaining soap residue.

Air Dry: Allow the luggage tag to dry completely in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

Machine Washing: Delicate Cycle (Only When Necessary)

If your luggage tag requires a deeper clean, it may be machine washed with extra care.

Before Washing:

• Remove the Metal Ring: Always remove the metal ring from the luggage tag before washing.
• Inspect the Tag: Make sure the tag is free of any loose dirt or debris.
• Protect the Tag: Place the luggage tag inside a mesh laundry bag or clean pillowcase to help protect it during the wash cycle.

Wash Settings:

• Cycle: Use the Delicate or Gentle cycle.
• Water Temperature: Use Cold water only. High temperatures may weaken adhesives or damage printed and decorative details.
• Detergent: Use a mild, standard laundry detergent.

⚠️ Important Precautions

• Do NOT use bleach or harsh chemical stain removers.
• Do NOT use fabric softeners, as they may leave a film that can dull or compromise the finish of the tag.
• Always remove the metal ring before washing.

Drying Instructions

Air Dry Only: Lay the luggage tag flat on a clean drying rack or hang it in a shaded, well-ventilated area.

NO Tumble Drying: Never place the luggage tag in a clothes dryer. High heat can shrink the material, weaken adhesives, or permanently damage graphics and decorative details.

NO Direct Heat or Sun: Keep the tag away from radiators, heaters, and direct or harsh sunlight while drying.

Reattach the Ring: Once the luggage tag is completely dry, reattach the metal ring before use.

• Standard & Removable-Tag Items: New, unused items—including items personalized on a removable tag (such as most of our bags)—are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.
• Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Non-Refundable / Directly Printed Items

• Custom Printed Products: Personalized items that are printed directly onto the product (such as customized outfits) are created specifically for you and are not eligible for a full refund.

1. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
