MATERIALS:	This bag is made from ALL-NEW authentic turnout gear material making it clean and safe. The inside is lined with soft black fleece. The bag features a reflective stripe, velcro closure, and adjustable webbing with buckle clasp. Bags are available in both Tan and Black.
COLOR:	We offer this product in both tan and black. We try to make sure that the photos of our items accurately reflect the actual color of the item in person. However, due to the differences in monitor and device settings (brightness, contrast, saturation, etc) there may be a slight difference in color between what is shown on the site and the final product.
PERSONALIZATION:	Bags are personalized with the name of your choice! The name is placed on the front of the bag above the reflective. Names are Professionally Thermal Bonded for durability. Please leave the desired name personalization box. IMPORTANT Please DOUBLE CHECK your spelling BEFORE placing your order. 10 inches wide is the max space for the name. Please keep the max length to 10-12 characters. The more characters in the name, the smaller the name will look on the bag.
U.S. SHIPPING:	All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. If you need your item sooner you can upgrade to Priority Mail during the checkout process. (Once your order is placed, you can no longer change the shipped method). IMPORTANT All orders are shipped through the US POSTAL SERVICE ONLY. Orders are not shipped through any other carriers (with the exception of large quantity orders). Please verify your shipping address with USPS or provide a PO Box to ensure you can get our item delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:	All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We do ship to certain countries outside of the U.S. International shipping time varies.
