EDITOR'S NOTES:	I designed this bag as the perfect bag to take back and forth between home and the fire station. It easily fits my computer and any clothes I am bringing with me, as well as all my papers, to keep my projects organized. This was such a big hit at the fire department. With just the prototype bag I was using, I got many pre-orders so they could be the first to have the newest firefighter backpack. I am sure you will love this bag just as much as we do.
MATERIALS:	The Backpack is crafted from robust 600 Denier Waterproof Polyester Ripstop, boasting durable hardware and an oversized number 10 zipper for added convenience. Reinforced attachment points ensure long-lasting durability. For comfort during wear, the backpack features padded, breathable material on the back and shoulder straps. Reflective elements adorn the front panel, enhancing visibility in low-light conditions. Available in Khaki and Black. Please Note: While this bag boasts a heavy weight 600D waterproof ripstop material, giving it a distinctive "firefighter look," it is not constructed from actual turnout gear. Please Note: We try to make sure that the photos of our items accurately reflect the actual color of the item in person. However, due to the differences in monitor and device settings (brightness, contrast, saturation, etc) there may be a slight difference in color between what is shown on the site and the final product.
PERSONALIZATION:	Personalize your bag with the name of your choice! The name will be placed on the velcro name tag patch on the front of the bag. Names are Professionally Thermal Bonded for durability. IMPORTANT Please double-check your spelling BEFORE placing your order. Maximum width for name is 8 inches. We recommend keeping the length to 10-12 characters for optimal appearance. Longer names may result in smaller text size. For best results, consider using either the last name or the first name.
U.S. SHIPPING:	All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Bags are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. If you need your item sooner you can upgrade to Priority Mail during the checkout process. (Once your order is placed, you can no longer change the shipped method). IMPORTANT All orders are shipped through the US POSTAL SERVICE ONLY. Orders are not shipped through any other carriers (with the exception of large quantity orders). Please verify your shipping address with USPS or provide a PO Box to ensure you can get our item delivered.
