Please Note: While this bag is fashioned from heavy weight 600D waterproof ripstop material, giving it a distinct "firefighter look," it is not constructed from actual turnout gear. Please Note: We offer this product in both tan and black. We try to make sure that the photos of our items accurately reflect the actual color of the item in person. PERSONALIZATION:	Personalize your bag with the name of your choice! The name will be elegantly placed on the main flap atop the bag. Our names are meticulously Thermal Bonded for lasting durability. Be sure to specify your desired name in the personalization box. IMPORTANT Please double-check your spelling BEFORE finalizing your order. The maximum width for the name is 14 inches, and we recommend keeping the length to 10-12 characters for optimal appearance. Longer names may result in smaller text size. For best results, consider using either the last name or the first name.
U.S. SHIPPING:	All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Bags are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. If you need your item sooner you can upgrade to Priority Mail during the checkout process. (Once your order is placed, you can no longer change the shipped method). IMPORTANT All orders are shipped through the US POSTAL SERVICE ONLY. Order are not shipped through any other carriers (with the exception of large quantity orders).
